How it plays

• The host picks how many puzzles, how hard, and how long each one gets.
• Everyone reads the same puzzle and answers privately. When half the room agrees, the answer locks and is checked.
• Three shared hints per run. A wrong lock costs a hint and one more try. Solve six in ten and the whole group wins.
