Three men each have a certain number of coins. The first man gives each of the other two men as many coins as they have. Then the second man gives each of the other two men as many coins as they have. Finally, the third man gives each of the other two men as many coins as they have, and at the end, each has 8 coins. How many coins did each man have at the beginning?
