Tracks in the Farmyard

brainteaser
At feeding time, a farmer counts every chicken and rabbit in a small enclosed yard. Each animal has one head, so the farmer can tell that there are thirty-five animals altogether. The animals will not stay still long enough to be counted by type, but the farmer manages to count ninety-four feet touching the ground. Every chicken has two feet, and every rabbit has four. How many of the animals in the yard are rabbits?
